HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) – 30 Minute Walking Treadmill Program
(2mph-3mph @ 10% incline, 3.6mph – 4mph @ 7% incline)
Strength Training – I work with a personal trainer 2 days a week and I’m on my own the rest of time.
