  1. OK, found the log. I don’t know that I would have clicked on it if you hadn’t mentioned it. Can you make the link a different color or somehow stand out in some way? Hey! Don’t you have a treadmill, you can walk at home when being with kids right? This coming from me, home gym girl…..anywho, my Dr says at least 20 mins of exercise every day. Boy, I am going to be in big fat trouble when I go for my thyroid checkup in April. I had better get on the stick.

    Heidi – Yep, I do have a treadmill at home, but the last time I used it, the belt was slipping. Besides, I can’t lower it. There’s an inversion table in the way. I need to get that back to you. I don’t need it so much anymore! (by JSM)

  2. Glad you don’t have to hang upside down like a bat anymore. Good for you for walking a 15 minute mile, that would be like speed 4 on the treadmill, correct? You are my idol.

  3. So here I am, on vacation, in Germany no less and I have time to check up on the walking you haven’t been doing. tsk tsk tsk tsk. If I weren’t terribly busy eating everything that wasn’t nailed down I would certainly have more to say about this issue. Maybe I will go for a walk later to make myself feel better. Except for the fact that it is cold, and rainy, and really cold.

  4. Your log impresses the heck out of me. I’m still trying to stay disciplined regarding walking on the treadmill more days than not. Charting it? Yeah, that will have to come later if it comes at all.

    I don’t have the laptop tray yet, but it is in my plans for my boys summer projects. I’ll let you know when it occurs.

    Elle – Exercise Log on the Internet = accountability. I know what happens when I don’t log. I don’t exercise as often. Put it on the INTERNET and it’s out there. (by JSM)
