Winter in Florida. Posted on January 31, 2009 by Julie Stiles Mills FirstHusband just went outside to get more firewood. He was wearing a t-shirt, jacket, shorts, socks . . . and flip flops. I need to go open the sliding door. It’s getting hot in here. Soooooo jealous – in the nicest way possible 🙂
It was in the teens and even single digits here last week with snow and two snow days off from school – my sons were thrilled. It’s the first time ever that they got to go sledding. This former Florida girl was COLD!
LOL – that salad is from Jack in the Box – it’s the asian chicken one :o)
Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting on my Before the Leave Home post. Sounds like you have a lot of wisdom and experience. I’ll be back to better peruse your blog!
Thank you for the comment on my blog. Your pot roast a few posts down looks great! By the way, I love the clip of you singing “Breath of Heaven”. That is one of my favorite Christmas songs and I haven’t heard it in a long time.
